Характер: It is colorless transparent prismatic or small spicules or granular crystalline powder, odorles. Relative density is 1.957g/cm3. Melting point 100℃.Easily soluble in water. aqueous solution is acidic to litmus. Slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerol.
Употребление: It is used as nutritional supplement( zinc fortifier) and processing aid. It’s used in milk product, infant food, liquid and milk drinks, grain and its’ products, table salt, soft drinks, maternal formula and coco powder and other flavor nutritional solid drinks.
