6.Характер: It is colorless monoclinic crystal or white powder. The density is 2.17g/cm3. It is stable in air. It’s soluble in water with a very weak alkaline reaction. It’s hardly soluble in ethanol. It’ll decompose to potassium carbonate, water and carbon dioxide at 100-120℃。
7.Употребление: It is used to replace baking powder or yeast. and used to make pure potassium carbonate etc. It’s also used as ph regulator.swelling agent and used in mineral beverage, infant formula powder and maternal formula powder.
