Характер: Yellow white or yellow brown powder. Odorless, without iron smell. Soluble in inorganic acid alkali ammonia and citrate. Slight soluble in water（0.37% 25 ℃）emulsified, insoluble in cold water.

Употребление: It is mainly used in food addtives(It’s applicable to flour, biscuits,bread, dry mixed milk powder. rice, flour ,soy milk powder and other products. It can also be used in infant formula food, heath food,convient food, functional fruit juice beverage and other products) Enhancer, synthetic biber fire retardant, anticorrosive pigments and catalysts.
