Характер: It is colorless and odorless crystal granular or powder. Melting point 190℃. Insoluble in ethanol and acetone. Density is 1.619g/cm3. Exposed to air,ammonia is lost and converted to ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
Употребление: In food industry, it is used as food leavening agent, dought regulator,yeast food, brewing fermentation agent and buffering agent.
Упаковка: It is packed in 25kgs kraft paper bag or plastic woven bag. Inside line with PE bag. 20’fcl put 23mts without pallet
Storage and transportation: It should be stored in dry and ventilative warehouse. Kept away from heat and moisture . It must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
