6.Character: It’s white powder. Odorless and good fluidity, melting point 350 ℃. It is stable in air, Easily decomposed into carbon dioxide and magnesium oxide when heated to 700℃.Almost insoluble in water, but causes a slight alkaline reaction in water. Insolulble in ethanol, can be dissolved by dilute acid and foamed.
7.Usage:It can be used as nutrient, flour treatment agent, anti-caking agent and leavening agent. It could also be used in wheat powder and gum ingredients.
