Character:Colourless or white efflorescent crystals; faint acetic acid odor; astringent taste; monoclinic crystals; density 1.735 g/cm3; loses water at 100°C; decomposes at 237°C; readily dissolves in water, 43g/100 mL at 20°C; soluble in alcohol.

Usage: Zinc acetate Dihydrate is used in the pharmaceutical industry,as a buffer in the photographic industry and as a supplement for animal feeds to increase the milk fat production of dairy cattle.It is also used in the production of dye stuffs,as a polymerization catalyst,as a polymer stabilizer,as a flavouring agent,and in the manufacture of hydroxyl oximes,which are uesd as extractants in hydrometallurgy.

Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
