Character: It is occurs as colorless or white hard crystal or as crystalline powder. It tastes bitter and salty. Relative density is 2.66g/cm3.The melting point is 1069℃。 It’s insoluble in ethanol and acetone. The Ph of 5% aqueous solution is about 5.5-8.5.
Usage: It is basic raw material for manufacturing various potassium salts. Such as potassium carbonate,potassium persulfate etc. The glass industry is used as clarifier. the dye industry is uased as an intermediate. The perfume industry is used as auxiliary. It is also used as laxative in the medical inidustry. It is also used in glass dye ,perfume and so on.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer. And a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kgs.
